It sure has been a tricky twelve months for fans of World Snooker tournaments. With some events still TBC, an unfamiliar calendar of established events and broadcasters changing and renewing what they have the rights to be show, it can be all too easy to miss a tournament. But relax! is here to help.

Snooker fans in the UK can enjoy the MatchroomLive 2021 British Open final for free on ITV-4 from 7pm tonight (BST)

Being big fans of snooker ourselves, we know it can often be difficult to keep up with which events are available to watch for free. That’s why has launched a brand new page to ensure fans in the United Kingdom never miss any of the many free-to-air tournaments in the UK. Visit our new Snooker Coverage Page and bookmark it now!

Today (Sunday 22nd August) fans can enjoy the final of the week-long British open as Mark J Williams takes on Gary Wilson to determine the first new British Open Champion in sixteen years.

He’s not been in the best form of his career so far this week, but last night Mark Williams defeated semi-final opponent Jimmy Robertson in what may be a sneak glimpse of the type of match-play we can expect later today from the three-time world champion.

Young veteran Gary Wilson will hope to disappoint Williams’ fans later today as he attempt to win his first major ranking title in a career that has seen ups and downs in the last few years. Can Wilson replicate and improve upon some of the success he enjoyed in the 2019 World Championship (where he reached the semi-final stage of the tournament), or will he fall to the wily Williams?

Find out tonight on ITV-4 at 7pm and don’t forget to check out and bookmark our new Snooker Coverage page on
